Wreckage and Rebuilding

It has been over a week since 3 people crashed into my mother's tree at 5:05AM after a police chase. Two of them have passed away, and the other is recovering from injuries. It was the scariest sight of my life, but the what if's that came over me afterwards sent me into full panic attack mode. My mother is one of my greatest friends and a great portion of my strength and my internal fibers. In layman's terms, she had a great deal of influence on the woman, wife, and mother I am growing into. Thank God she wasn't hurt and her property is also still intact. However, the psychological scars will be there for a long time coming.

We aren't really rebuilding as much as we are getting ready to REMODEL our house. We think we are getting closer to having a buyer for our other house and so we will finally have the money we need to fix this into the home we will live in for many years. We are excited and hopeful.

Mr. Foster.....he is now 14 months old and cracks us up. He walks and talks and works like crazy. He is constantly playing with toys in such a manner that you can tell he is really working on learning as much as possible. He is a character. We are so blessed.

Many good wishes and prayers for you and yours.
